Where are my picky-eater moms? If you’re like me, dinner time, meals, snacks and just about everything else can be a battle. I did everything right — I offered fruits and veggies and my kids readily ate them as babies and toddlers. Then it all changed!
Needless to say, I’ve been THRILLED to find Garden Lites products! They have a whole variety of products available that my kids and I absolutely LOVE.
If you’re not familiar, Garden Lites are on a mission to get America hooked on veggies. And in my house, mission complete! My kids adore these foods and I love the ingredients that are clean, simple, veggie-rich, and non-GMO. They are also Gluten Free for those of you that need! Love it!
It’s a simple fact that only 1 in 10 Americans eat the daily recommended amount of veggies. And while the latest fads and diet advice comes and goes, one thing has remained the same over time – EAT VEGGIES! Now I can offer my kids more options for getting their veggies.
Muffins are a favorite snack around my house. My kids will select a muffin when we’re out and they can choose a baked-good. So, they were pretty excited when a whole variety of these appeared in our freezer! They were already in love with the Double Chocolate Muffins and now were getting to try all of amazing varieties. My kids gave a big thumbs up to Double Chocolate, Banana Chocolate Chip and Blueberry Oat.
You will NEVER guess that the first two ingredients are zucchini and carrots in these amazing muffins. They are SO good and so decadent. Just heat in the microwave and enjoy a lava-like cake experience for only 110 calories. Who knew my kids would be eating VEGGIES for dessert.
What parent wouldn’t LOVE seeing natural ingredients like this:
Banana Chocolate Chip
At 120 calories, these are like the best banana bread you’ve ever had — and the main ingredient is zucchini. Amazing.
I love these since Blueberry Muffins are our favorite. These make a great breakfast, snack in the lunchbox and they’re only 110 calories each, with the main ingredient as zucchini.
