I received compensation from Bayer Consumer Health, makers of MiraLAX® to write this post. MiraLAX® is a laxative used to treat occasional constipation. All opinions are entirely my own. #ReliefMadeEasy #CollectiveBias
This Lemon Ginger Tea is not only refreshing and delicious, it’s also a great soothing tea for your tummy.
The lemon and ginger both have many benefits, with ginger being known for potential stomach calming. So, not only is this tea big on flavor, it’s big on natural goodness that can be better-for-you.
Tip: When you need relief from occasional constipation, you can mix in MiraLAX and get back to normal.
Start with a tea infuser or strainer. I have this strainer teapot that makes it so easy to throw all my ingredients in. Start with lemon, sliced ginger, the loose tea leaves. You can find the full recipe at the bottom of this post.
My teapot strainer makes it easy as I don’t have to break down the ingredients very much at all.
Add your hot water and allow to steep for 1-2 minutes.
Pour tea and enjoy. You can add more lemon to the tea or even raw honey to give some sweetness if you prefer.
Want to give yourself even more benefit when drinking this tea? MiraLAX® can work with your body to provide effective relief from occasional constipation. MiraLAX® is different from stimulant laxatives that may make your body go forcefully by stimulating nerves in the colon. Not MiraLAX® – it works with the water in your body to hydrate, soften, and ease, unblocking your system naturally.
