Who doesn’t love getting a stocking filled with goodies? Stocking stuffers are fun to give and fun to open. There’s just something about all those useful, little gifts that make it more special! Below, see how I put together a fun and functional stocking for a teacher.  I always give a gift card, but a gift card alone is boring. A pretty stocking filled with some teacher essentials and fun items is a great way to make your gift more interesting and thoughtful.

I shopped at Target for my stocking stuffers…because where else would you go? I love all things Target during the holidays. They have the best products and fun finds.

I chose a classic red knit stocking and filled it with the following:

BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages

I was excited to find the BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages holiday collection  – so perfect for the holidays. If you know anything about kids, someone always needs a band-aid. These are fun because they have fun holiday designs and colorful seasonal images. Plus, it heals hurts faster as the #1 Doctor Recommended Brand. Tip: You can also throw in a box of Paw Patrol and Star Wars BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages, available at Target, for the kids!

Holiday Candy

I chose a chocolate peppermint candy bar and candy cane. Having been a teacher for many years, I can tell you having a little ‘stash’ of sweets is a must!

Sticky Page Markers

These looked fun and teachers are always needing to mark the stacks of papers or pages in a planner or book that they need. These, I think, would be super helpful. Not to mention, they’re super cute!

Planner – To Do Lists

Teachers are all on their lists. I found this planner which is not a typical calendar style, but rather a whole book of tearable to-do lists, or today lists.

Mug

New mugs are always appreciated. As a teacher, I was always either having my morning coffee or trying to warm up in a chilly classroom with a hot cup of tea. I chose this awesome, fun mug that says ‘I Love Weekends.’

Lip Balm

Having a lip balm for the desk is just one of those essentials that every teacher can use.

New Office Supplies – Gold Stapler

Help your teacher jazz up their desk with a gold stapler. They also had silver and I think they’re just really pretty on the desk. A stapler will always get a tremendous amount of use in any classroom.

Straws

I chose these pretty paper straws. These are another great essential for a teacher to stock in their classroom. Whether a student needs a straw for lunches or you want to grab a cold drink from the faculty room, these are fun!

Gift Card

Finally, add a gift card to your stocking. If you know your teacher is a fan of a certain coffee shop or store, you can be specific. Otherwise, a Target GC will always be helpful or just a plain standard cash value debit card that can be used anywhere.

Add all your items to a pretty stocking and add a tag.

If you need a great holiday tag for all of your gifts, I designed these tags that I’m gifting to you today! Feel free to click the image to download. Cut and use ribbon to tie to a gift.

You can find all your stocking stuffers, including BAND-AID® Brand Adhesive Bandages holiday collection, at Target.

What are some of your favorite stocking stuffers to receive or give?
