The holidays are nearly here and with this exciting time of year comes a lot of seasonal and holiday activities or get-togethers. There’s always somewhere to go so having some mix and match holiday clothing is key! I like to combine pieces – allowing me to make a look more casual or dressy. (i.e. tunic leggings and boots by day – add vest and cute flats by night!)
Comfort is Key
You can put your kids in the fanciest attire but you know it doesn’t last long – so think COMFORT! The thing I love about OshKosh clothing is that I can get stylish holiday attire that is age-appropriate, stylish and comfortable. OshKosh clothing is perfect for special occasions around the holidays.
Today, I’m sharing how I created my kids casual holiday looks. These are great when you attend small get-togethers, where the kids will be running around playing, cookie exchange, church events and more.
For my twin girls, I combined the versatile faux fur vest with this gorgeous tunic dotted in gold. It’s the right amount of color and fun with the vest. Paired over leggings with boots, this is a fun look that is great for so many of our holiday events.
To make it dressier, I added regular stockings and gold bow flats.
My son demands comfort, so this look was perfect for him. The shoes were great because they mimic a sneaker inside, with the look of a dress shoe outside. Win-win. He wore jeans with this fun pullover that just says winter fun! Add a belt and a fun hat to complete the look. He wore a puffy vest over this as we headed out for our holiday events!
We even wore our OshKosh looks for some photos for our holiday card.
