I know many people make New Year’s Resolutions, but I’m not a big believer in them. I’m a big believer in having a goal, no matter when it is. And while it’s been hard to tell myself, I believe that if you want something, you start today and make it happen. It doesn’t matter if the last month has been terrible or just the last day – approach each day with the mentality to make it happen.
You can print this free daily planner that I came up with to help me ‘make it happen.” It has all my priorities on it, including my top 3, and a spot for self-care and healthy habits. I’ve never put that on my daily planner before, but I think it’s important. So are meals, and that’s why I included a space to track what I’m eating or plan to eat.
