Printable Holiday Meal Planner

Dec 05, 2016 Stephanie

As quickly as it came, Thanksgiving is over and done with. And so begins the holiday marathon — shopping, gifts, decorating, sending holiday cards, parties, entertaining and family holiday events. It’s times like these that I do not have time for sinus pressure and congestion – but it always seems to happen to me during these cold-weather months. Vicks Sinex helps you #ClearYourHead so you can get it all done and savor every moment of the holidays. With long-lasting, fast relief, you’ll be able to get back to all your holiday planning.

Vicks Sinex helps relieve the nasal stuffiness that often accompanies colds, hay fever or upper respiratory allergies. The line of products alleviates sinus pressure and shrinks swollen nasal membranes to help you breathe more freely, no matter how stuffy you may be. And since it provides 12-hour relief, there’s nothing you can’t tackle.

What I’m tackling this week is planning out all the menus for holiday entertaining — from the big day to a few simpler get togethers beforehand. You can use this holiday menu planner and shopping list to tackle all of your meals, from the appetizers to drinks and dessert.

The side shopping list makes it easy to quickly transfer over what needs to be picked up at the grocery store.

Vicks Sinex will be on hand at my home this holiday season  to make sure I can keep a clear head. Plenty of coffee may be necessary, as well, to supply the endless amount of energy I’ll need to get through it all – but that’s a different blog post.

What to look for:

Vicks Sinex comes in LiquiCaps, making it so easy to take. There is also a nasal spray if you prefer. The LiquiCaps have always come through for me, bringing me fast relief from the annoying congestion that plagues me.

What are your biggest holiday tasks?  Have you tried Vicks Sinex to help #ClearYourHead? I’d love to know what you think.

Leave a comment and you could win your own box of Sinex to try out and review HERE.   3 randomly selected commenters will receive a box of Vicks Sinex.

I have never tried Sinex but would love to. My biggest holiday task is getting through December as a teacher with all the new sickness coming with winter and all the anxious kids for winter break!

This time of the year brings a lot of head colds. Vicks is great for coughs and chest congestion.

I wonder how well this would work in alleviating the sinus pressure that usually comes along with migraine headaches. This time of year, headaches are plentiful.

I love your printable for holiday meal planning! I’ve never used Sinex before (don’t know why I’ve never thought of using it since I’m all stuffed up). Thanks for the reminder to look for it next time I’m at the pharmacy.

It seems like it moves faster every year. Where does the time go? My dad swears my Vick’s. He loves the stuff and even bought their vaporizer.
