Sending and receiving holiday cards is so much fun. I love seeing everyone’s annual cards and pictures, as well as displaying them in our home as part of the holiday. This year, I got my holiday cards done super early with Tiny Prints.
They are oh-so-fabulous and part of hte Glitter Cards collection, which allow you to make your holiday cards glamorous with dazzling gold or silver glitter that does not leave that annoying trail of glitter. The look of glitter without the mess — win-win!
With such beautiful cards, I wanted to brighten up the envelopes with some unique ways to address them. Below, I’m sharing 5 ways you can easily (key word, easy!) address your envelopes in a fun and creative way. You’ll see that I also used washi tape to make some accents on the envelope. Remember that adding anything to the envelope might mean that you want to try hand canceling them at the post office.
Idea 1: Bunting
Idea 2 : Sprigs
Idea 3: Slope
Idea 4: Cursive Scroll
Idea 5: Blocked
These are all really simple to replicate. I would suggest using a higher quality ink or gel-based pen. I prefer black, but you could get creative and use holiday colors, metallics, and more. You could certainly address these with just the ink and leave washi tape off. I did that mostly to add some color here as I photographed them.
My Glitter Cards from Tiny Prints look amazing with any of the options, but I’ll probably go with the Cursive Scroll or the Slope.
