Berries & Cream Crackers: 4th of July Entertaining

Jun 30, 2016 Stephanie

21st Birthday

This Fourth of July, sweeten up your favorite crackers to create something delicious, unique and perfect for the holiday.  Perfect for creating these Berries & Cream topped crackers is Dare Cabaret or Dare Breton Original crackers. Whether you are prepping for a big party or small get-together, Dare’s variety of crisp crackers are perfect for this recipe and so many more.

Breton Crackers

Dare’s complete collection of mouthwatering crackers are loaded with crunch and packed with flavor to make inventive summer canapés better.

Dare Crackers

The crunch and light taste of these crackers are the perfect base for this cream and fruit topped cracker idea.

Fruit

Given the holiday, I chose to use fresh berries – strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. You’ll also want to have some fresh mint.

Berries Cream Crackers

The berries sit atop a mixture of cream cheese, greek yogurt, a bit of marscapone and honey. You can also add vanilla and cinnamon if you like.
