Strawberry Fudge Hero FINAL (1)

It’s hard to believe Easter is almost here – especially when I have so much to to do to prepare. I still have to get Easter outfits for all three, supplies to dye eggs, and an Easter morning brunch to prepare for. Thankfully, one shopping trip to Target (kids-free of course!) will take care of it all. First on my list, is getting those Easter baskets ready.

Target had several unique candies, part of both the Mars Easter Collection (click here to save 10%) and Wrigley Easter Collection (click here to save 10% on Starburst Jellybeans) that were perfect for filling up my baskets!

Mars and Wrigley Easter Candy Collection at TARGET

If you’re looking to fill your Easter baskets with these goodies, don’t miss the sampling events on March 20th at Target Super Stores!

Candy Assortment

I found these adorable bunny mason jars and filled them with Easter M&M’s DOVE Peanut Butter Eggs, Easter M&M’s Milk Chocolate, Starburst Sweet & Sour Jellybeans and Starburst Jellybeans Origins.

I also picked up M&M’s White Strawberry Shortcake – which are only being sold for a limited time and exclusively at Target! If you have not tried these, they are delish and inspired me to create a yummy and pretty treat to add to my easter baskets.

Strawberry Fudge with M&M’s White Strawberry Shortcake

You can find the complete recipe below, but this is probably the most simple thing you’ll ever make! It has just two ingredients – white chocolate, strawberry frosting and then M&M’s White Strawberry Shortcake as a topping.

Strawberry Fudge 1

Not only are these pretty, pink and festive for the spring season, they are so yummy!

Easter Basket Target 2

They are quick, easy and no-mess to make. I made a big batch and then packaged them in plastic bags for each basket. It’s always nice to add a homemade treat to the Easter baskets.

I also picked up all my basket supplies at Target – pretty baskets, basket filler and other fun items – drink tumbler, wooden paint set and Easter socks. I added the bunny jars filled with candy and the Strawberry Fudge.
