How I Stop My Headaches Fast

Headaches can be brutal – and as is the case for most of us, we can’t stop our day just because a headache strikes. For me, there is nothing worse than being with all three of my kids (11 month old twins, and a three year old) with a splitting headache. I can’t concenrate, my patience wears thin VERY quickly and I just feel miserable. I suffer, my kids suffer. It’s not a good thing all around. Unfortunately, I do get headaches often and they can range from mild to pretty severe.

So for me, I have to find ways to get rid of headaches easy and fast. Fortunately, several months ago, I started buying UrgentRX powder packs and I love them. UrgentRX Powders are small, thin packets of fast-acting medication. Not only do they have a headache packet, they also have pain/ache relief, allergy attack, upset stomach, critical care aspirin and heart burn.

I have a supply of them on hand at home, in my car and in my bag. Check out my Google+ album to see more about my trip to Duane Reade to restock on UrgentRX packets!

What I love most about these packets is that you don’t need water to take them and since it is in a powdered form, you don’t have to wait long for it to work. The fast-dissolving powder gets into your system faster.

Despite the ease of use, the packets are also child-proof, which is really important to me. You have to fold them on the dotted line and tear at the arrow. I can do this easily, but I know my three year old would not be able to.
