{Green Toys} Environmentally Friendly Toys!

Feb 02, 2012 Stephanie

We try to do our part to be environmentally friendly around our house. In addition, we are big into making sure the products our son uses and eats off of are BPA and Phthalate free. So, I was really pleased to find Green Toys.
Green Toys offers a line of classic children’s toys that are constructed from recycled plastic and other environmentally friendly materials, helping to reduce fossil fuel use and greenhouse gas emissions. They contain no traceable amounts of Phthalates or BPA and they are also designed without any external coatings, eliminating the fear of lead paint. All Green Toys products are packaged in recycled corrugated boxes with no plastics, cellophane or twist-ties, and are 100% recyclable. And…all Green Toys are made in the USA!
They have an incredible line  – featuring vehicles, kitchen toys, building toys, outdoor, baby/toddler and tableware for kids!
I had a chance to review the Dump Truck and Pink Dump Truck:
These toys are perfect, especially for my toddler son and with twin girls on the way, he is saving the pink truck for his new sisters. He is excited to show them how to use it! This truck’s design is great and made with no metal parts, it’s very sturdy and works quite well – with a great dumping feature my son loves. It’s perfect for dumping toys, sand or even dirt while playing outside. With it’s sturdy design, I know it will withstand all my toddler has got in store for it!
